Your customer service is very poor! I was with an agent thru chat and I feel like am having a conversation with a chatbot! What a horrible experience! I was waiting patiently.

Medyo matagal nga yung 10-11 minutes waiting between replies. I hope a moderator sees this so they can send feedback to the chat support group.
