This is the worst courier Ive ever encountered!!! Mga ttext ng umaga 9am! for delivery na daw wala namang dumadating tapos makikita mo sa tracking system nila na office closed na daw at 8pm! I dont believe na nagdedeliver sila that late! Sige 1st time acceptable, the following day ganon nanaman ni wala man lang tawag from the rider! I mean nag fail kana the 1st attempt why not have the decency to call the customer about the delivery, so each party can adjust! but then again none!!! this is the 3rd day and it is still the same no update and there is no parcel coming in! I tried emailing them and this JENN CASTRO replied with non-sense and didnt solve the problem! i tried calling her, she didnt answer and she texted me yet there is no decent update on my samsung phone! This is so disappointing for SAMSUNG STORE as well! how come they choose this kind of INEFFICIENT COURIER!!! Samsung store is not helping as well! because of this, I will not order from samsung store, ever again! If I can give zero start I will! this courier is the WORST and the CUSTOMER SERVICE **bleep**!!! WALANG KWENTA!!!!
SAME SIS.. nung 14 nag failed delivery din sakin tapos ngayon na nga lang ulit mag aattempt.. nag text pero wala naman dumating. Ilang beses na din ako nag email sa kanila nag reply lang yung Jenn nung out for delivery na pero wala pa din hanggang ngayon. sobrang nakakainit ng ulo talaga wala kang makausap ng matino sa kanila.
