Create Highlight Video on Gallery

Is this feature was removed on one ui 6? I noticed that this was no longer an option when I use the create feature in Gallery.

It seems this feature was already integrated on story tab in Gallery. Under Story Tab, Click on 3 dots and select Create Story

That doesn't quite work like highlight. No editing function.

Create Movie was have self edited video feature. Studio has no this feature. also Highlight reel is missing too.
