Everyone should share they experience after all spending such on them I believe to have a good customer service. That's the only support they could do best and get our security well secured enough lol

In which area of samsung support are you referring to? So far through phone support they are fine.
However the support on-the-ground may not be good as shared by others in this forum and some Facebook page.

Phone support is common on most manufacturing companies. Essential is more of ground as you said. If they don't have solutions for customes like spare phone to help out since they don't do replacement of phone or solve customer issued well enough... then yeah... I think they have to improve in order to get the market this piece of cake. Or else in the event of disappointing customer... android customer will switch to anyone who can provide better? So hope they improved.

Agree with you.. and other countries from Samsung has not gotten a good experiences too, I can only think of doing extended support via retailers I bought from instead..

Android phone can be repaired anywhere I suppose... so long no note warranty I don't think need to go thru them- if we paid for the extended warranty suppose they should honor it or if can't handle I suppose they don't just sell u limited and eventually have their customer service get into bad names.. and well most just leave and find a better one? Maybe eventually return back to iphone hahaha
