Edit: turned my wifi off then on and it worked. The download was completed in a minute. Like for real? Hindi man lang nag instruct yung rep to do that and instead, referred me to a service center na agad. Not to be a karen. But gahd. Really? Is this really how incompetent yung mga local customer support natin dito.

Ganyan sila. i dont think knowledgeable yang mga nasa customer support nila. Walang ibibigay sayo na troubleshoot tha is acttually helpful or you. Havent done yet. rekta ipapservice center ka. Better yet mag asign nalang sila ng bot na mag rereply ng autoGenerated message na go to service center kase ganun din naman ssiinasabe nyang mga nasa chat support.
