SupportHello oelbing,
Thanks for reaching out to us, we are here to help. Did you know that a factory reset will permanently remove all of your data on your Samsung Galaxy J7 duo, which can not be recovered. So, I recommend that you back-up all of your files and upload it to Cloud Storage and/or other media storage device.
- Open your phone's Settings.
- Tap General Management.
- Tap Reset.
- Tap Factory Data Reset.
- Tap Reset to restore your phone to its factory settings.
And jamesrred, is right on his reply to your inquiry.
Hope we satisfy your query and your problem gets solved.
