factory resetting a j7duo on android 9

may i ask you guys?, what will happen if i factory reset my j7duo that ran on android 9, will it land on android 8 after factory resetting?

It will still run on Android 9 even after you factory reset. Downgrading your firmware (which I don't recommend) is the only way of going back to a lower version of Android.

So, I recommend that you back-up all of your files and upload it to Cloud Storage and/or other media storage device.
