SupportHi. Recently I've been playing audio files via the Samsung Music app on my galaxy s10. One problem I'm encountering whenever i add a file/song is that it doesn't appear in the unless i edit and save the filenames in the My Files app. Then it appears in the music app and i can play it. Is there a reason behind this? It doesn't matter where i place these files, be it /Download/, /Documents/, /Music/ e.t.c. unless i rename it the file wont be accessable from the music app. Any clues as to why this can be?

SupportHi Q_e! Try this:
Go to My files > Settings > Turn on Show hidden files > Then look for a (.nomedia) file in Internal storage and delete it. Let me know how this goes! 🎶

SupportHad the same issue. My fix was to rename the folder the files were in, instead of each missing file. Then all the files appeared in the Samsung music app.
