It is very frustrating to deal with your online chat. All I got is the image below. I just want to follow-up on my online orders as it seems nothing is happening more than a week after September 14. The track still says "processing".

SupportSomehow frustrated that I cannot follo up order on your online chat. I opt for store pick up hoping that it will have faster delivery but its not. Status was just "on the way" but where specifically as therr is no other qay to track where the order is
