SupportIt depend how old is your phone. The older it is, problem like slow, lag, crash will surely happen. You're using A33?
Maybe you can try out:
1) Clean up with Optimizer (cleanup, delete useless data, and uninstall rarely used applications)
2) Reboot to Clear Cache
3) Disable (Ultra) Power Saving Mode
4) Make sure your applications and phone system are up to date
5) Check for broken third party apps or malware (safe mode)
6) If you are using virtual RAM (RAM Plus), try to lower down number (for Android 12)
7) Reduce animation
8. Change your game settings (if you play game a lot)
Others like (might help too):
1) Use a fast SD card (if you are using any)
2) Disable automatic sync
3) Factory reset (remember to back up your file if you perform this action)
If it still not working, you might need to contact Samsung Support team. Just give them a call or chat will do. Here is their contact details page:
