SupportIf you go during like nearer towards the closing time, the staff give off this vibe that they just want to clock off.
Benefit of doubt, maybe caught them on really rough day but after hearing your experience, maybe not coincidence after all.

SupportFine, they offered to also do this "diagnostic" which they've also charged me for, in the end it was idk, more than RM1K to repair?
I didn't proceed with the repair, with that money I could just get a new phone. Overall, it was quite bad.
However, the one at Pavilion KL seems to be okay. S Pen nib broke off once and since they didn't sell separate nibs, went to service centre and they replaced an entire new S Pen for free.
