My A11 has not finished updating through Google Play. I've noticed this going on for 2 weeks as of this posting. There are 42 pending downloads by now. When I try to cancel a pending download, Google Play crashes.

Clear the Playstore's cache. If its still downloading, force close the app.

Once closed, open it again but dont download simultaneously. Let the Playstore update itself on its latest version first.
