How can we remove this "volume limit reached" pop-up?

it shows up even when the screen is off and is a mess when AOD is on too..
it's not responsive when the screen is off - it just stays there until I turn the screen on so I could tap cancel.
I like the limit function but not the pop-up. 

Can I block or disable this pop-up?

I think you can't disable that popup message but it would be nice if Samsung put an option where we can disable/enable that popup message.

Go to Settings > Sounds and vibration > Volume, tap the three dot icon > Media volume limit and turn it off. Or tap Settings on the pop-up, then turn it off.

I'm using it to limit the buds sound volume but I don't want the pop-up. it seems buggy when the screen is off esp when the AOD is on.
