Hello, anyone can help me how to get the freebies. I availed the Galaxy flip 3 via Smart Postpaid.

Tried redeeming in the Samsung Site but an error always pops up since yesterday :(

I think. Kung binili mo cya sa site mismo ng samsung makakaredeem ka ng freebies nila. Kung via postpaid, si smart cguro magbibigay sayu ng freebies. 🙏🙏🙏

Smart told me that the freebie will be coming from Samsung eh, it is also indicated in the Terms And conditions on how to redeem. Unfortunately its always an error.

Uu nga i tried din clicking the link, pero search ko samsung/redemption. So far wala pa ang offering ng postpaid na freebies, yun pa lang pre order thru shops ng samsung physical or e-store nila

You redeem it to Samsung and not Smart. If the link isn't working, you can always call Samsung for some assistance.
