SupportI purchased S20 Ultra (Exynos) by pre-order at March 2020. Never a power user. Never dropped it or soaked it under water. By September 2021 the screen started to show horizontal green line and flickering. Please note that i always updated the OS. I've read that many users experiencing the same after updating security patch at April 2021. The screen became unresponsive at October 2021. Because i needed to use my phone ASAP, i can't afford to wait for the reparation. So i bought another phone and delaying the reparation. What i desperate to ask Samsung is, have you guys resolved the issue? I planned to replace the screen but since i know this isn't hardware issue then i guess i doomed to wait another green screen again right?

First of all, I sincerely thank you for replying me. I forgot to mentioned that i am staying at Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia right now. I already sent the phone for reparation at Samsung Service Centre in my town. They said this because overheating in charging overnight (which is i never did). The reparation will be pending because they need to order the the screen. Estimated pending around 1 to 3 months. I deeply disappointed and this really affect my opinion in Samsung product. What i believe until now is the major reason on S20 (or your other product screen issue) is not the user fault. Please kindly correct me if I’m wrong. I really wished Samsung do some announcement regarding the issue and replace the new unit for us.
