Galaxy Z Flip 4 automatically switching off while folding the phone.

My Galaxy Z Flip 4 is automatically switching off while folding the phone. 

There is no impact on the phone before this happened.

I have also tried resetting the phone but didn't work.

One UI Version 5.1.1

Have you experienced the same problem? Is there a fix?

I have experienced this issue with my Z Flip4 and this needs to be checked with our service centers. There may be an internal problem with the display inside that causes the phone to shut down.

Yup have it checked asap! It's most likely the ribbon inside.

This is happening to me too! I think after 1 year talaga ganito problem ng Z Flip4 😭 it makws me sad

Yes,ang lungkot nga talaga.. yung samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5G ko,after 2 years nagkaroon ng green line.. super dami na ngayon ng guhit.

Tapos etong z flip nagka prob din..

Punta ako after ng one ui 6 na update, tignan ko muna kung may magbago. Pasok pa naman sa warranty itong zflip ko.

Sa ngaun ang gngawa ko pag iffold ko tapos ilalagay sa bag eh sinasaksak ko sa powerbank para wag lang mag shutdown.

Nag update na ako pero ganon parin :( baka hardware talaga ung problem

I came from Samsung Service center in SM NORTH EDSA now for this problem and they said they have to send it to their repair center in Manila which will take 2-3 weeks "depending on their quotation". They have no capability daw to fix it right there. Wow. The worst decision to buy a Samsung Flip phone. I only have 8 months on my contract for my provider so I will ride it out but this Flip4 is the worst decision I have ever made to purchase something.
