Galaxy z Flip 6

Hi, first time posting. Just bought a new Galaxy z Flip 6 here in the Philippines, but IMEI and Serial number does not work when trying to register it for Samsung Galaxy Care+. Help would be very appreciative. Thank you!

Did you bought the flip and the insurance at the store? I think they are the one who will register. If online i do not have any idea how.

That is like pulling teeth in the Philippines, but I will continue to try. I will probably have to fly to another island to their Samsung store.
