Galaxy Zflip3 Flex issue

Anyone in here who had an issue to their Galaxy ZFlip3 using flex mode after the second to the last recent softwarr uodate? Even if the phone is completely open, the phone thinks that the phone is in flex mode and vice versa. Tried to reset the phone but still the same. The service center decided to reprogram the phone but still the same. Now, they said that this is like a known issue to all Flip3 and the only thing that can fix it is to replace the whole screen with a whooping price of 16,100.

Try wipe cache partition. If it didn't work, replace the screen.

if wipe cache partiton wont work last resort is factory reset, if still fails bring it to nearest authorized samsung service center

If the service center says it's a known issue on all Flip 3 phones, you should try bargaining that it's not the consumer's fault and ithe replacement should be free of charge.

I agree, if it's a known issue then they should replace it free of charge. It's not like it's happening because of the user's fault.
