Will it be available and is there a chance to have it on One UI Core devices?

No it will not as Good Lock is reserved for the full version of One UI. Its Samsung's way of saying, "if you want more features then buy our midrange or flagship phones" 🤣🤣🤣

It will probably be available in the future but not all features will be compatible. Some Modules will be available but not all.
