SupportHello guys! Anyone experienced or experiencing same issue with our phones? We, my partner, bought our Note 20 ultra December of 2020. Just last month mine started to have one green line while scrolling on facebook. Then after 2 days became 2 lines and after a week became 3 green lines. Been in samsung center but unfortunately they did not cover the damage. They said LCD should be change and demanding 15,000 pesos plus for the repair. I already said everything like i think it was not my fault, maybe it was their software update so why i need to pay for the repair. Ending i did not let them to repair it. Then just yesterday my partner NOTE 20 ULTRA also got this green line while watching netflix on his phone. We were so shocked. Wow!! I am sure now that it was on their software fault. My GOD SAMSUNG!! please fix this problem and shoulder customer's repair for your error!! Worst unit ever!! I have my IPHONE for 4 years, every parts and system are still working. No problem at all. We regret buying Samsung brand. Never ever!!!

SupportSame issue with my Note 10 Ultra 5G. While travelling to work today its fine, pagdating ko sa work may green line na bigla. Nasa bag ko lang naman ung phone. Hindi nabagsak and no physical damage at all. My unit is updated to latest firmware with Security Patch: August 1, 2023. It feels **bleep** rigged Samsung! Maybe you're doing these from your Software Update to make people spend on your repairs and products to avail free service for fix!

SupportI tried reaching out to their online customer service for help, thinking they’d at least sort this out. They gave me a control number, saying it would make follow-ups easier. But every single time I contacted them, I had to repeat my personal details all over again, only for them to tell me the info I provided was “incorrect.” How?! I only have ONE name, ONE email, and ONE contact number! What kind of system is this?
The issue never got resolved, but I decided to give Samsung another chance and bought the same model again. Guess what? After just FIVE DAYS of use, a green vertical line appeared on the screen following a software update. Now, I’m back in the same nightmare, needing another LCD replacement.
As someone who used to be a loyal Samsung fan, I’m completely fed up. What’s happening with your quality and service? This is unacceptable!

SupportGot my first green line few weeks ago s21 5G.. service center charging me 8K!.. phone is more or less 3yrs old, never been dropped, never used with games, i mean if you'll see it it's like brand new, I asked for free screen replacement but it was declined. Pulled out my unit, never again will I buy samsung devices. Still have my S10 and A70 no issues still perfectly working. What's wrong with these new S series? Hoping this will not happen to my S8 and S8+ Tabs. Samsung you just lost a customer!
