This is in regards to the GREEN VERTICAL LINE that suddenly appeared in my 2 year old Note20-Ultra screen few days ago. I went to their Customer Service Center, which handed me automatically a QUOTATION for screen replacement, total P15K+; then I chat with the Samsung online Support in this website. Nothing came out, except to see their Customer Service Center. In other words: PAY the screen replacement and that should solve your phone defect.

What? Is Samsung in denial that this GREEN LINE appearance in their S20 series, including Note20 Ultra, is common internationally? At least in other countries, it is resolved FREE OF CHARGE.

I cannot contact you thru #GALAXY even with the assistance of an In-store Samsung Staff. Your robot answering machine voice is garbled. Can we try other means?

I tried 1-800-10-7267864 using PLDT landline in Samsung Store. "The number that you dialed is not yet in service."

No. I hv come to realize that SAMSUNG PHL have turned their back on known S20 series screen problem here, while other nations like India, Vietnam, Malaysia, etc. clearly got a FREE Amoled screen replacement, but not in the Philippines. Their SALE on flagship phones maybe not much here worthy to care of this customer segment. There will be fewer buying their top of the line phones hence, as Users will talk.

SAMSUNG PHL mistake: Instead of promoting this base of users, the "junk" expensive phones with defect, will be a trophy in their households to show around. Some may have paid for the screen replacement, but the story of the flagship phones performance will still spread. Shame on SAMSUNG.
