SupportHi! I'm from the Philippines and I bought a second-hand Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G from Korea. My problem is T-Mobile is still activated on my phone and I want roaming to be disabled.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 4. Reset your device.
Check Connections & Network and Turn on/off data roaming.
Step 1. Go to Home screen. To open the menu, swipe up on the screen.
Step 2. Scroll down. Choose Settings.
Step 3. Scroll down. Choose Network & internet.
Step 4. Choose Mobile network.
Step 5. Turn off Roaming.
Step 6. Data roaming has been turned off. Return to the Home Screen.
How to disable roaming on your device.
You may call the customer service respresentative of your Mobile Network Service Provider in order to disable the roaming service of your device.
