I am samsung user for more than decade, including mobile, electronic and home appliances. My samsung s20 had green line while they rejected,last year under free programme as they phone was opened earlier while i never drop nor service it anywhere.
Now samsung s21 has green line suddenly and samsung support say that i need pay for screen replacement. Is this happening repeatidly and samsung aware as it is hardware issue. Is this how ur loyal customer are treated? I am disappointed

Yes, because Samsung is number 1 in the Android market.. sadly our SG market size is hmm, too small.
Hence the quality of Samsung sg online website/ portal and the customer service team, back end..
Sadly, there isn't much hope, or rather any chance of their attitude changing anytime soon.. no matter how many legitimate complaints and feedback is given..sad sad

Sorry but hear about your phone, but I doubt any phone manufacturer gives a **bleep** how 'loyal' one is as a customer. I have used Samsung S & Note series phones since Android came out but I expect to be treated as well (or as badly) as a 1st time Samsung/Android buyer.
There is no "Samsung user/member since 19xx" on your profile when you send a phone in for repair, not that it would matter either.

i don't know why ppl keep saying about loyalty in nowadays context. how much did we spend in the first place. Samsung org and affiliates are so big who are we for them to remember us?

I only care for the products lol.. if Samsung products in future are no longer reliable like now, I will likewise switch to other brands. But currently, Samsung is the only Android manufacturer that can ace in both software and hardware.

IMO, samsung sg website since Covid started till today, they are unable to resolve or at least improve their logistics / inventory mgt... plus their customer service team is so divided ,ie ..call centre / telesales / Online Sales .. & NO focus whatsoever ON THE Feedback / Escalation part of the entire Operations.
It's overall Samsung SG attitude is , if This Customers issue is not within my narrow job duties , Just push the customers to the Relevant Dept that's ' Suppose to be In Charge' ..
Freaking even getting an accurate Answer to a serious enquire / issue is so so hard ... As customers , we are 'Powerless ' lol

people have have always been talking about loyalty / Brand loyalty ? no?
But Samsung SG, is more of under-performance in Meeting their own service standards.. the Samsung SG website is a perfect example.. & the logistics / supply .. Can't use Covid as an excuse anymore ..

I am a Samsung user, Yesterday night I updated the software Samsung s21 ultra, Morning my Samsung s21 ultra had a green line how come overnight got green line, afterthat I searching google related green line issue, I shocked 😲 bcz All samsung s21ulra once update the software screen appears green line, So for what action taken samsung company?, very very disappointed 😞
