Sadly, there isn't much hope, or rather any chance of their attitude changing anytime soon.. no matter how many legitimate complaints and feedback is given..sad sad

SupportIt's overall Samsung SG attitude is , if This Customers issue is not within my narrow job duties , Just push the customers to the Relevant Dept that's ' Suppose to be In Charge' ..
Freaking even getting an accurate Answer to a serious enquire / issue is so so hard ... As customers , we are 'Powerless ' lol

SupportBut Samsung SG, is more of under-performance in Meeting their own service standards.. the Samsung SG website is a perfect example.. & the logistics / supply .. Can't use Covid as an excuse anymore ..
