I want my S24 Ultra replaced!

i waited for more than 3 weeks to have my pre-ordered S24 Ultra. And when finally I got it, and just after 5 days, Wednesday, while at home, i suddenly can't log in. I input the correct passcode and nothing happened, also the fingerprint icon is gone. It didn't recognized my passcode. So I have to go to the service center in the morning. They had it reset and I thought everything is okay. So it was time consuming setting all the apps again on the phone. Then last night, on it's 7th day, it happened again while I was in a mall. So we went to the service center instead of going home cause it was late, and they told me that  I have to left my phone and they will check it and observe it. I told them I want it replaced, but they told me it's subject for approval.  I upgraded to have a better phone for work then this happened. I don't have an extra phone cause I traded my last samsung phone for Ultra. It's stressful and hassle. I bought a new one, not a second hand, and the price of the phone is not just you know cheap. Who wants to you buy a new phone and instead get stressed to go back again and again to a service center. I demand a change of unit.

Did anyone experience this with your S24 Ultra?

on the 2nd time it happened, I already demanded it to be replaced and it was still under 7-day replacement period, but the service center told me that the process is to have it diagnosed and when i got back, they told me that they made an update on the software and it's okay. then 3rd incident happened and then again conduct diagnosis, thus the motherboard replacement. I demanded again for a replacement and the process that the main office has to approve it yet. still waiting for feedback and call from them

So replacement is possible, which for me should be the case considering the stress they gave you.

it was replaced yesterday, but same issue occured. and today im going back to the service center for the nth time

Too bad. Demand for new item replacement rather than fixing your defective new phone.

i called customer service last night. now when mall opens, ill be in the service center.
