SupportHey kylecdrck,
.png files with a transparent background are often represented by a black / white background when viewed through another app. Sometimes, a transparent .png is given a background as a product of compression within the apps you use.
If you are trying to send it like a sticker (no background, just the image) then I'm afraid you're going to have to look into how to add stickers to your messaging app of choice (I know Telegram makes it easy, but I'm not sure if users can upload their own stickers to Messenger.)
If you want to preserve the integrity of the file (e.g. sending a .png with a transparent background for use in photo editing, etc.), I recommend sending it through Telegram as a file, or uploading it to a cloud-based drive for sharing. These options also keep your image away from compression by the messaging apps, keeping its high quality.
Hope this answer helps!

SupportI think that's an app issue then - as you know, iOS and Android devices use different versions of the same app. I'm not an iOS user so I can't give you a definite answer here :( Maybe a Member who also owns an iOS device can weigh in?
But again, if you want to preserve the transparency, you can always just upload it to cloud drive (or if the other party is using a Galaxy device, use Quick Share 👀).
