M51 Captions/subtitles

I am having trouble viewing captions correctly on my M51, they are showing correctly on my Samsung Tab A7 & Galaxy Note 4.

I wish to see the white captions with black outline, the captions will not show the black outline.

I have correctly set up the format of the captions, but does not do it.

I believe this is a bug in the phones software.
