Malware app

When i try to install this app, it shows that it is 100% uninstalled but when i scan my phone again it shows the same app that has been detected as malware and i cannot delete it, note that i never downloaded this app nor went to scamy websites or received any scamy emails, someone please help me

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:
 
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
 
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
 
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
 
Step 4. Reset your device.
 
Open the App in the Google PlayStore.
 
Step 1. Check if there's an update for Link to Windows. Click update.
 
Step 2. Disable Bluetooth & Wi-Fi. Check and confirm the Microsoft Onedrive is not sync to device.
 
Step 3. Try to delete the Link to Windows app.
 
If its not working, you can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Application".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

Yeah, it could be a false positive case.
Try to update the security engine of the Device Care in its settings. Then scan your phone once again.
