Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your encountered problem with the messenger apps not optimized in your Samsung Galaxy A32 device after an update.

If not, please allow me to add quick fixes on how to optimize Messenger apps on your Samsung Galaxy device as follows:
Uninstall and Re-Install the Messenger App.
1) Settings > Apps / App Manager.
2) Look for the "Messenger" app from the list of apps and tap on it.
3) Finally, tap on "Uninstall" to remove it from your device.
4) Once, uninstalled. Restart your device and then install the messenger app again.
Check for the latest software updates.
Go to Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download, if available > Install > Follow On-Screen messages.
