For the past few days, I was able to check the order but couldn't find the order today. Is there a bug or what?
i preordered watch ultra and buds3 pro

Hi @AdrianCL, 

You can try to logout, clear your cache on browser and re-login. If you have already placed an order and received an official e-mail from Samsung Malaysia, your order should be confirmed.

If you still do not see your order in the website - do reach out to the service centre via quick chat in Samsung Members app or call/email directly to them here: https://www.samsung.com/my/support/contact/

further digging it myself, found out that a product with code "GP-FPR630SBCRW" is not found. i am assuming this causes my order to not appear due to technical error.

the missing product is the free gift buds3 pro case. can i confirm if anyone with this free gift faced the same issue?IMG_20240724_090125_713_1000021328_1721782885.jpg

The order page goes haywire sometime... it shows, just wait for more seconds or try go to another page and back.....
