It started 4 days..out of sudden, while charging my s24 ultra with 45watt brick charger and samsung original type c to c cable, it stopped charging fast. I tried to change the adapter, charge at different plug still the same.
Then, I reset the battery log, clearch cache and clear setting. Still the same.
once i plugged in the superfast charger, it will pop out the turquoise ring, indicating superfast charging 2.0, and it will shows estimated time, example 45 minutes left. After 3 minutes, the battery percentage didn't increase, and charging time changed to 1 hour 30 minutes. And i started to charge slowly after that. What happened?
I've searched for this problem in another forum, there are many samsung user experiencing this..any solution?

Ok. In that case, I think better you visit SC soonest possible. It's still under warranty.
Since I myself using S24U, I can relay that it's not a software issue then.

If your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is not fast charging, there could be several potential causes. Here's a breakdown of common issues and solutions:
1. Check the Charger and Cable
Issue: The charger or cable might not support fast charging, or they could be damaged.
Solution: Ensure you're using the original Samsung 45W fast charger and cable. Inspect the cable and charger for physical damage. Try a different Samsung-certified fast charger and cable.
2. Fast Charging Setting Disabled
Issue: Fast charging may be disabled in the phone's settings.
Solution: Go to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > More Battery Settings. Ensure Fast Charging and Super Fast Charging are toggled on.
3. Port Issues
Issue: Dust, debris, or moisture in the charging port could interfere with fast charging.
Solution: Use a soft brush or compressed air to clean the port gently. Check for moisture using the Moisture Detection Alert feature. If moisture is detected, let the port dry completely before charging.
4. Third-Party Accessories
Issue: Non-Samsung accessories may not support fast charging.
Solution: Use Samsung-branded chargers and cables for optimal performance. Avoid cheap third-party accessories that might not be compatible.
5. Software Glitch
Issue: A software issue could prevent fast charging.
Solution: Restart your phone. Update your phone to the latest firmware version (Settings > Software Update). Perform a cache partition wipe via Recovery Mode.
6. Battery Health
Issue: A degraded battery can impact charging performance.
Solution: Check battery health using Samsung Members or third-party apps. If the battery is faulty, contact Samsung for a replacement.
7. Overheating
Issue: If the device overheats, fast charging may stop temporarily.
Solution: Avoid charging in hot environments or while using intensive apps. Allow the phone to cool down before charging.
8. Hardware Issue
Issue: A defective charging port or internal component might prevent fast charging.
Solution: Visit a Samsung Authorized Service Center for a professional diagnosis and repair.
Tips for Prevention:
* Avoid using non-certified accessories.
* Regularly clean the charging port.
* Don’t charge in extreme temperatures.
If none of the above fixes work, it's best to have your device inspected by Samsung support.
