No codes for adding new number

Is this normal on samsung accounts i can't receive any code to add my new number it should be sending codes to my new number to see if it works 2 minutes still no code seriously **bleep** samsung

A) Ensure that your device is up-to-date with the latest Software updates.

Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download and Install > Follow On-screen notifications

B) Lagging due to Internet / Wi-Fi Connection.

  • Call and check with your Internet Provider the status of the signal in your coverage area.
  • Try changing locations to improve signals.
  •  Try another device.
  • Tap Wi-Fi On/Off buttons.
  • Restart your apps. Reset & Clear Cache of apps.
  • Try Opening the apps and Add new number. Follow on-screen messages.

C) Restarting your device.

Press and hold the Power key and the Volume down key simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.
