No software update on my Samsung Galaxy S10+

Needing advice or things I can do since I have not received anymore software update on my Samsung Galaxy S10+. This is a smart-locked handset but I've already got it openline.

openline to what CSC code? is it XTC?
try updating via SmartSwitch on your PC

Have done it already and it is also showing that my device has the most recent software installed. Bummer!
