SupportHi, Charles! I'm Sam, your friendly Samsung Customer Service guy. As with your concern, please answer the following for us to gather a few information:
- Where have you bought your Galaxy A52?
- Is it brand new upon purchasing? Is the box SEALED when you received it?
When it comes to standards, the "IMEI sticker" that comes with your device at the side of the box should be INTACT and/or has NO TAMPER INDICATIONS, and IS NOT TO BE USED AS PROOF OF SALES by the seller. In your case, it may have been tampered with because said IMEI label is missing from the box. 😥

SupportThank you for the information. Have you also observed if the sticker from the box is intact/present upon showing to you by the saleslady? Did she somehow mention if she'll be removing the IMEI label?

SupportAmazing day to you, Charles! Just to be sure, you may opt to check this links:

Though IMEI can be found within your device's settings, it is STILL ADVISABLE to have the IMEI label from the box intact. This is to be extra sure that the IMEI found on your settings, and the one found ON THE STICKER LABEL matches. Also, service centers, and technical experts may still need the physical box label for further verification upon device servicing. Hope this helps! 🙂
