It annoys me that all the upgrades and promos and benefits you post for Samsung users are not available for my phone. Is a NOTE 10 LITE NOT A SAMSUNG? I also want the free Viu premium for a year. So unfair

As with your concern, we understand your desire to have as much promotions as possible and to be able to join as such with every promotions, but we could only do as much and we always do keep a balance with the users per device as to how many will be included for such promos. Also, the lists may change as per organizers, and may also be adjusted depending on them to accommodate claimants.
Nonetheless, we'll always be releasing promotions, and for sure that there will be promotions that includes your device unit. We do hope for your understanding on this. 😊
But you never have benefits or promos for the Note 10 Lite. Why? Is it not a Samsung? I want the VIU premium promo please. I have never joined nor availed any other promotions in the past.
