Was able ro download and install the upgrade(One UI 4.1) on my Galaxy M32 the other night. Now my phone screen LCD becomes unresponsive if i leave my phone idle for more than 5 minutes. Anyone knows how to fix it? I have to press all 3 side-buttons till the phone restarts.
try to *backup your data* then perform factory reset.
or maybe reduce transparency and blur if there is.
I own a Note20 Ultra 5G but it restarted randomly after trying protect battery feature. I had to change settings, reducing the transparency and blur and disabling protect battery for good solved it. But I want to have the blur back so I just performed factory reset, set the blur back, and didn't use protect battery feature again. the phone remains stable.
