Hello.

I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this issue.
I updated to One UI 7 and whenever I try to change routines it would lag and this pop-up will show up numerous times. I tried to ignore it/click "wait" but it wouldn't stop so I just end up choosing "close app" then it would lag again and eventually will return to normal.
I'm just so confused why this is happening.

It didn't happen to mine although all my routines got disabled and i had to edit them - rearrange IF statements and edit some THEN statements. I was able to combine some routines - from four smaller routines to two bigger routines because of the IF-ELSE action.
Hmmmm have you tried restarting your device to Android recovery mode then clear cache partition? Or optimise apps via Good Guardians Galaxy App Booster?
Or maybe check Modes and Routines app data (in photo)? Maybe you can clear it's cache or data and then redownload it's backup data from the cloud? Maybe you need to check if it's updated - try going to Galaxy Store to check for updates.
Does it happen whenever you edit *any routine*? Or just certain routines? If it's just for certain routines, try to look for their differences from other routines that are not problematic.
