Order Delay????

Tagal na ng order pero Pending Order parin. Tried to call Samsung Warehouse pero wala pa silang na receive na item. Tried to call Customer Service sabi mag expedite/escalate yung issue. Ano kaya mga possible issue bat hindi pa na checkout? Sana meron compensation kasi it causes delay for the intended purpose🙄

Update lang, tumawag na yung delivery and ddeliver na today. After 44 calendar days. Ang nabago lang sa order ko yung freebie is ginawang galaxy watch 8 classic, di ko alam kung compensation nila yun
