Pre-ordered S24 Ultra (Delayed Delivery and Still not received)

I pre-ordered an S24 ultra last Jan. 18, 2024 for trade in. The posted delivery date on your website is January 29. However, your courier's tracking website isn't going anywhere. It's still at the same place! No calls, no updates, no messages about my order! I've read so many bad reviews about Consegnia. My order is still not delivered as of now, I hope it will not reach a week or more to receive my order. Tried your live chat to ask for an update, and your live chat doesn't even work! Please do something about this!

Samsung Philippines is definitely a big joke. Making an empty promise on delivery date by guaranteed you will receive on or by certain date. Yet, the item always stuck in Consegnia without update the delivery status. When you reach to Customer Service Samsung, they will push you to product CS. Then product will push you to order CS. When you are in order CS, live chat is closed within operating hour. Now the delivery date has been due for 2 days! Where is my friggin order will be delivered?? None Consegnia or Samsung Philippines can answer this! Never, ever, never, ever buy from Samsung Philippines anymore!!!

From January 29 delivery date to back and forth delivery fails. And now I can't track my order anymore. What now samsung?

  1. Poor service when it comes to delivery!!! False hope on the deliver dates on both Samsung and Consegnia! Palitan niyo na courier niyo. First time buying online then ganito pa.. Been a Samsung user since 2010. Probably switching to Apple next time

My friend ordered later than me who is supposed to get his on February 9, got his phone earlier. Meanwhile, mine is still going on circles. How do you plan to compensate with this delay Samsung??? Not mentioning I'm already disappointed that the Galaxy Watch 6 was not included in my pre-order.

Probably he was able to deliver more units in his area since customers have less requirement. The data transfer and trade in procedure is the one using up the time.

That's given. But they should've anticipated that. This is not the first time that samsung and consegnia had reviews like this. Even before s24, they were already receiving feedbacks like this. That's why their ratings and reviews are all bad. So they didn't learn anything from that? They should've anticipated this demand and improved their service long before because this is not the first time they experienced this.
