Just got off from Samsung Live Chat to follow up my preordered s24u. Said delivery should be WITHIN 3-10 business days from SHIP date not from order date. In other words, count 3-10 days delivery time from WHEN consegnia received the items from Samsung. If it makes sense 😑

I think 07/02/24 means February 07, 2024 because mine says 19/02/24. Basically means you're getting your device much earlier. Hope I get mine sooner too!!!

Nah, mine is 29/01/24 and I still haven't received my order so don't get your hopes up. 

Which is why I'm checking this forum if there are other people who haven't received their order on the given date.

Have you tried contacting them via whatsapp? They were able to reply on my inquiries before and after i preordered. 1706698713185.jpg

Update: How did you add them to Whatsapp? I tried typing the number but nothing happens.

 

I will try their Whatsapp. I didn't know they have customer service there.

I got the link from whatsapp thru the Live Chat under Support in samsung.com. i got the option there to continue chat on whatsapp.

Or try the Chat bubble on the lower right of samsung homepage. I was able to get whatsapp link there.1706705758402.jpg

I never got through the live chat no matter how many times I try. When it's my turn, the chat will suddenly end.

I got through it. Pero wala rin kwenta. Sabi nila nasa courier na daw at out of their hands na at d na sila responsible for it. Really bad customer service, bad logistics, and bad leadership. Mukhang basta mameet na quota nila sa pre-order goods na - bahala na kung satisfied ba kapag makukuha.

0 star tong experience at hindi ko na marerecommend magpre-order sa Samsung.
