Just got off from Samsung Live Chat to follow up my preordered s24u. Said delivery should be WITHIN 3-10 business days from SHIP date not from order date. In other words, count 3-10 days delivery time from WHEN consegnia received the items from Samsung. If it makes sense 😑

I assume you didn't receive your order yet?  If ever I can recommend that if we will preorder any Samsung products, let's choose to pick up at store instead. I did this on my S8+ years ago and it actually is simple, but there are fewer preorders that time so I cannot say now. But at least, we are sure if the unit is there or not instead of waiting when our orders will arrive.

Our orders may even arrive a month after in a worst case scenario. I'm ok with the delayed delivery as long as they advice us the new delivery date instead of guessing what day they will arrive.

True. In-store would've been fine. Dagdag na rin siguro baka pwede tayo papiliin courier. Parang never again sa Consegnia. Or baka pwede rin tayo aarrange ng booking 😅 hays if only

Update: I just received a text message from Consegnia that my order will be delivered within the day. So far let's assume that the actual delivery might be 3 days or more after the delivery date.

You should wait for Ready in your tracking number if they are ready to deliver already.

New update:

I received a text from Samsung that my new delivery date will be within the week of February 10, 2024. So expect all standard delivery dates to be pushed back by 10 days.

I suspect they ran out of Watch 6.

Eventually dadating din yan 🙏. Sana lang nasa bahay ako by the time they arrive. I won't change my plans for the week just to wait for them. 😑

Yes, I have no issues sa delay as long as we know when. What's weird is after I received the Feb 10 delivery date yesterday, I received another text today from Consegnia that my order will be delivered today. Obviously I didn't believe it haha.
