New software update with Samsung and Android is leading to a quick flash on screen while working and opening MESSAGE app. Which is frustrating specially when you are using a full screen app or watching a vedio.

Go to settings-apps-messages and turn off draw over other apps. Seems to be the only fix I have found on google. Lots of people having this issue but fixed on my S20+ and my wife's Note 20 ultra
