Refund Process Delay

I ordered S22 Ultra fully paid with trade-in. I waited a week, when it arrived they rejected my trade-in device, cancelled the order and left. I called Samsung they said they'll email me a form to fill-up for the refund process right after our call, which they didnt send. I waited 2 days and had to call again for that form, that was supposed to be sent on the day of cancellation.

Now, I'm stuck with the "refund process". They said it'll take 1-2 weeks since it was a straight payment (CC) but today is the 2nd week so I called again, now they said it will take upto 30 days.

I called the bank I used, they said they're just waiting for a memo from Samsung and once received they can process it within the day. I don't understand what process is Samsung doing, they don't give any update and whenever I call they just tell me that they have forwarded it to the "relevant team".
