I ordered Zflip 5 via installment with trade-in last July 30, 2023, I cancelled it on the same day because upon checking the start of delivery would be conflicting because we will be out of the country by then. So I talked to the customer rep of my bank first but they said that they are just waiting for the email or memo from samsung for the refund.
So I call Samsung and told me that they'll email me the reference or form for the refund process within 24 to 48hrs. I waited 2 days and had to call again for that form, that was supposed to be sent on the day of cancellation.
Now, I'm stuck with the "refund process". They said it'll take 10-15 days since it was via installment payment (CC) but today is the 2nd week so I called again.
. I don't understand what process is Samsung doing, they don't give any update and whenever I call they just tell me that they have forwarded it to the "relevant team".

yes it was already refunded. someone from samsung help center emailed me that they have already confirmed the refund to the bank. so what i emailed the bank and told them that the refund was already processed by samsung.
