Anyone encountered an issue with refund request? It's been 13days already excluding weekend and holidays and I haven't heard from the Samsung support of what's the status of my request. Been following up with them thru Chat support but their reply is always, it's in process. Anyone knows how to escalate this? I've been charged extra fee by bank already for interest 🫤😟
