Disappointing Samsung Experience - Online Purchase - Consegnia

I am very dissatisfied with the logistics partner of Samsung Philippines (Consegnia Logistics Corporation). Delivery was set 2 times already but they failed to deliver on the said days blaming to the customer (Rescheduled by Customer). Quite the contrary, am asking them to deliver and I will wait until midnight but failed to do so (called directly the rider). There is no way to contact their office even calling the number in their website or emailing them whom doesn't reply. #GALAXY hotline keeps on saying that they don't have control over their third part logistics and can just create a ticket and email them. 

Frustrating to wait the whole day for my package that will go to waste and take the blame for it. I can't believe that this is the Samsung Experience that they pertain to. Wasting so much of their customers time. 

Right now, I am still waiting for the delivery and no way to know if it will arrive.

This **bleep**. Same scenario on mine until now (its been 9days). I tried calling Consegnia Logistics on their telephone number, someone pick-up the call and said "Wrong Number", even if it's clearly stated on their website.

I am starting to worry that they 'refurbish' the phone before they hand it to me (wag naman sana.)

Samsung Philippines, please take action on our matter. Thanks

When did you pre-order? I pre-ordered July 27 and my tracking still hasn't moved past the "Arrived - Manila South Hub".

This is really frustrating as the courier doesn't seem to be reliable for "bulk" delivery seasons.

We are sorry to hear your disappointment with the courier who took time to deliver your ordered Samsung item(s).  I feel you and understand your predicament, if I've experience similar situation, I will be frustrated too.

But don't fret, once you provided me any reference # (no personal details), I will do my best to follow-up and escalate it with the dedicated team.

I need to talk about the recent delivery service with consegnia regarding my gf's Samsung fold 5 delivery – it was a total letdown. My girlfriend got hit with extra charges for waiting due to phone to phone data transfers, but seriously, no heads-up or receipt? And there's no contract stating about this additional charges! Samsung said that this is a free service! Do not give the burden of paying this fee to the recepient! They did not sign up for this! If this is not un-professional, I don't know what is.

I'm pretty frustrated about this. You guys need to sort out those charges ASAP and explain yourselves.

I'm surprised consegnia are still in business despite terrible reviews. Samsung philippines better step up and fix things. Change courier partners, I tell you, consegnia will be your downfall...

Hello! I just pre-ordered a phone as well this January 2024.

Can I clarify: you were charged extra by Consegnia because the courier waited for your girlfriend to complete phone-to-phone data transfers?

Was this ever resolved with Samsung/Consegnia?

Also, how much were you charged?

I'm experiencing the same scenario.
No calls or sms. And when i check the website to track, it says rescheduled by customer.

Please check your courier service chosen as they are the bottleneck.
