Please change your logistics partner. Consegnia is the worst

I need to talk about the recent delivery service regarding my gf's Samsung fold 5 delivery – it was a total letdown. My girlfriend got hit with extra charges for waiting due to phone to phone data transfers, but seriously, no heads-up or receipt? And there's no contract stating about this additional charges! Samsung said that this is a free service! Do not give the burden of paying this fee to the recepient! They did not sign up for this! If this is not un-professional, I don't know what is.

I'm pretty frustrated about this. Samsung Philippines need to sort out those charges ASAP and explain yourselves.

I'm surprised consegnia is still in business despite terrible reviews. You guys better step up and fix things.

When the rider from consegnia arrived, it's part of the agreed contract that they will conduct the data transfer from phone to phone free of charge. What happened that for the 1st hour exceeding the initial hour, there's a charge of 100php. And every 30mins beyond that is another 100php. But they only said that to us when the transfer exceeded the initial hour. We were not informed of this ahead of time. Not to mention, the additional charge also does not have a receipt.

Hello! Can you share the procedure for how trade-in works? will they collect the trade-in phone upon arrival of the parcel? I haven't received the instruction for this one.

The first hour of data transfer is free, but anything beyond that incurs a charge as a compensation for excess waiting time.

It is part of the Terms and Conditions agreed to before checking out:

3.5. If the trade-in can proceed after reassessment, and if you have made the payment for the trade-in discount deduction (if necessary), our trade-in courier will give you one hour to perform Smart Switch to transfer your files between the Existing Device and the New Device, and reset the Existing Device to factory settings. While standard delivery is free, you may be charged extra by the courier for any excess waiting time beyond one hour; this fee for the extra waiting time shall be paid to the courier in cash. Please ensure that you back up any photos, files and other data which you have stored on the Existing Device, and remove the sim card and memory cards before handing over the Existing Device to our courier. On receipt of the Existing Device, all data stored on it will be securely wiped. We are not able to recover any data stored on an Existing Device which has been provided to us. Samsung will not be liable for any lost sim or memory cards lost in the process.

At least you already got your phone. Mine has been at their warehouse since Aug. 07. Lol. Im already thinking of cancelling my Fold5 order because of this experience.

Add my voice to these complaints. I have been waiting all day for my parcel (Fold 5). No text messages or missed calls but when I checked my email, I saw an email sent 4 hours earlier from the Samsung online shop saying the courier attempted to deliver my parcel today but that I was not available. Adding salt to injury, the form letter threatened to cancel my order if I did not reply to the email. UNACCEPTABLE! First of all, for an online transaction this expensive (upwards of 60k), communication from Samsung shouldn't be limited to email. What if I didn't check my email and just kept waiting? Second, it's so convenient for an unscrupulous courier to just say he attempted to deliver when in fact he didn't. Samsung would then just take the courier's word for it and send the cancel threat email, who cares if the customer dropped all appointments for the day to wait at home. UNACCEPTABLE! Last, why is there no hotline for CONSEGNIA for customers to call and follow up on the status of the parcel? Overall, it's been a frustrating and unpleasant experience dealing with Samsung's online shop.

Good morning!

I have an order at samsung. Consegnia your courier started texting me that I have a delivery since friday. Ofcourse I cannot go out because they need my phone for the exchange. Still the courier did not came. Then same message I receive on Sunday, I cannot get out of the house because there is a delivery. Now today, Monday they message me again there is a delivery still there is no delivery. 


Can I suggest your good company to tell your not so good courier next time, if their going to make a delivery attempt, make sure they fullfill it, because people also have errands also. Don't message people if they cannot make their delivery. Samsung please try to check the concerns of your customer regarding your courier. Because it will gravely impact the image of your good company. Thank you and Godbless.
