So I took my phone back to 2 Degrees, where it was purchased, because it has broken pixels top right of screen. I was told that clearly I have damaged the phone and will be charged by Samsung service Hub for a new screen. The phone has a honking great case on it and a screen protector to protect it from just that...damage. I have to say I have never had a good result with Samsung Service Hub. They tend to.be rude belligerent and never get back to you when they say they will. So here we go again!!

I have trying to sent my phone for inspection with similar issue. No response from Samsung yet. It's 2nd week now.
