S22 Ultra Display ISSUE!!! Not yet answered...

Hello! I am having display issues on my Samsung S22 Ultra. It happened just out of nowhere. I am disappointed because I have taken care of this phone but this still happened. I also saw some articles of users experiencing the same issue on display. I purchased this last year, June 2022. It's merely a year over. I strongly believe this is a factory defect. However, the service center did NOT even check the phone thoroughly and gave me a quotation of more than Php 14,000. This issue happened out of nowhere. No falls, or any other incident that could have caused the display issue.

Quite disappointed of the chat support and service centers in Cebu, PH.

Hoping for some kind guidance on this.

I call the service center day afte my phone got the display issue and they say that it would cost 16,000 pesos since the warranty of the device has done already.

Same thing with me. They are charging 15,990 for the repair but will give me 30% discount if I buy the newly released S24Ultra.

ive read in many articles that the display these flagship phone is very fragile, very sensitive to heat and drop. The S24 drop test performed by ALL STATE PROTECTED PLANS even fared worse than s23. so given its price, i dont think it is wise to buy a new one.
