S24 Delivery delay

Seriously! I was pre-order S24 around Jan 20 and suppose to be I receive on Jan 27 but my order was stuck in South hub since Jan 25 

then when I back to my order for check my tracking, still stuck in South Hub no any update and my receive date was change to Jan 29 

I was really upset about this so I contact support again and they call me back around Feb 1 that my order will arrive within this saturday 

I was patiant to wait and yesterday I got SMS from consegnia that my order will be delivery within the day, so I wait it until my work is done but no even call or txt from Consegnia 

Today I was check my order and is appear like this :(pic 1)

 this is how u treat a customer who paid 50k+ and above price thats bullsh*t!

Samsung company has a full credit with good device but who the *** approve this 3rd party logistic? did they google & read some feedback about customer? 

in PHP u have a lot of batter logistic why Samsung choose this logistic? you just open Pre-order expensive phone but your rely on 1 logiatic with no other support option like Pick-up phone? and customer have to wait that 1 logistic to delivery and transfer data to all over the PHP? 

my address just in Metro Manila and my order just wait for almost 2 weeks? how about other customer who live outside NCR would take more than 3 weeks? 

and this is not happen just S24, previous Galaxy S with trade-in also the same issue

how supidity managment at all, Samsung PHP you batter hire a person who know how to deal with this or you can search how Samsung other country how they provide option with no need to wait 2-3 weeks for pre-order customer in online .

Hi I read your comment and you said that "rider unable to delivery within the day due to transfer a lot of data", instead of you blame customer that not patient to wait, why you dont think Samsung have rely on just 1 logistic partner but add some option like Pick-up pre-order phone at store to lesser amount of cellphone delay form logistic 

not all customer can arrive at the wearhouse, some of them have to work also, how if your pre-order phone was delivery but you have work or meeting, they have to prosprond their work to get the phone? thats non scene

thats why Samsung need to read the feedback customer and find a batter solution that not make the customer wait the pre-order phone like 2-3 weeks without no notification or wait but no hope

like your solution is backup file in advance before delivery or mine just add Pick-up phone at the store to lesser amount the phone delivery or find a batter logistic 

ps.

1. I already backup my file in advance & wait my pre-order phone delivery arrive and I wait since jan 25 now is Feb 8, I still not yet receive the phone and I know that most of customer have the same issue like me 

2. customer don't know how to backup or transfer data, thats why I suggest to add the pick-up phone at store so that customer no need to wait 1 logistic to delivery all cities in PHP. also rider will not have trouble with delivery phone to the customer

3. your place is near the wearhouse, luckily you already got the phone thats why you can blame other customer that they no patient to wait 

4. I don't blame Samsung agent who handle the customer care, I know that they just follow the procedure but I blame the person that responsible the logistic who suggest this solution

I may choose the pick up store option next time if I preorder to see if it will be more efficient. Or Samsung can just encourage for store pickup instead of delivery to ease the burden of Consegnia. But I'm predicting next year will be a slow preorder for S25 series so next year deliveries will be faster

Dont make things very complicated. User's data is solely on the users responsibility even the courier can assist you on data migration. Samsung just lacks procedure in the very first place. I even ask them about the tradein procedure before I checkout. 1707389042429.jpg

you said that "User's data is solely on the users responsibility even the courier can assist you on data migration" Thats why I suggest the pick-up store for trade-in option for who dont have avaliable time to wait the currier, it wasting time so rider dont have a hard time delivery too

you said also "Dont make things very complicated" and what is complicated things in my comment? opinion customer suggestion to add pick - up phone at store option?

The reason why store pick up is not an option because at "PRE-ORDER STATE", units are not currently out on the market. So you cant get any on the physical stores. The courier said same thing about this.
