Samsung account for Galaxy users under 18

What if Samsung finds out that some of their Galaxy users that are under 18 are caught using a Samsung account? Even though it's for 18 above only?

Hi Cev that is a violation of the policy already I think...bcoz of the nature of the intent...when you signing up for an account it will ask you for your DOB and when you intentionally purge it that's already a crime and should be held liable.

A lot of people and me who use a Galaxy already have our own Samsung account, though. Even if we're under 18, we had no choice but to lie to our age

Again that is your choice and I respect that totally but when it comes to legalities it's just a bare minimum that these policies are set there for certain reasons AND act as waiver on the company's behalf. By the end of the day It is still your choice. When the option not to have one yet until your 18 is offered. :)
