How can i recover my other samsung account? I cannot receive my code for my sim card was expired, will you able to help me, please?

While recovering your Samsung account without the expired SIM card is hard, both of us will try to figure out below how we can help you.

If you've set up two-factor authentication with your Samsung account, you are given backup codes that you should've saved when they were given to you, and you can use them to recover your Samsung account.

The back up codes may have been saved on my broken phone where originally my account is signed in with two-step verification so i cannot access it.
